Thank you for pre-registering your child(ren) for Creative Kids Club (C.K.C.), before and/or after school care. If multiple children will attend C.K.C. during the same session(s), one form can be used for all of them. If your children will have different schedules, each child needs their own form. This form needs to be filled out each week by Friday morning for those who will attend C.K.C. in the following week.
As a reminder, children can be dropped off for before-school care beginning at 7:30am, and children need to be picked up from after-school care by 5:00pm. Enter school through the gym doors (#11) to drop off and/or pick up your child.
